【Important】

To all participants in the FTR100

A7: All riders will undergo a medical check at Chonenji. The first-aid staff may declare a rider to retire at their discretion.
If you are declared to retire, please make sure to follow the instructions.

【Notice】

1.Information on the competition will be sent by e-mail.

No information will be sent by post in advance. Information will be sent by email and on the competition website.
Number cards will be handed out at the registration desk.

2.Entry list published.

Your number is required when you fill in the pledge form, at the reception desk, etc.

3.Pledge details, health check sheet and checklist of essential equipment

The following items (1) and (2) are required at the reception desk, so please make sure you have them ready.

4.About parking tickets

Upon registration, parking tickets will be sent to you by e-mail After downloading the ticket, please write your number on the parking ticket and bring it with you on the day of the event.

5.Luggage storage

On the day of the competition, luggage can be stored.
However, please keep valuables in your own safekeeping.
Also, please keep it compact.

6.About drop-backs

*FTR100 only.
special bag (size: 45 cm (W) x 56 cm (H)) will be given to you at registration.
A5: You can pick up the bag at Drive-in Yunota (49km).

7.Compulsory equipment

Please make sure you have the essential equipment listed on the competition website.
※FTR100 riders will be checked at the registration desk the day before the race.
※If you are found to lack the required equipment during the race, you will be disqualified for any reason and will not be allowed to ride on the competition course.

8.Water supply to bottles at aid stations

・Water must not be supplied from a point that has been in direct contact with the mouth (*For hygiene purposes).

・When filling up at aids, avoid direct contact between the mouthpiece and the water supply spout.

・Please use a drinking vessel with a spout that does not come into direct contact with the drinking vessel.

・Water must not be supplied in plastic bottles (due to the narrow mouthpiece). (The drinking spout is too narrow.)

※We have a lot of runners in the race.
The use of PET bottles is prohibited even if the spout is changed to one that does not touch directly, as it is difficult for the organisers to manage the large number of runners in this event and can cause misunderstanding among other runners and staff.

※Please use flasks like the one in the attached photo. These are also available at the venue.

・Paper cups are not provided.

Please use your own bottle.

・When replenishing your own flasks at the aids, you can only drink from polyethylene tanks (tea, water, sports drinks), When replenishing your own flasks at the aid, you can only do so “from polyethylene tanks” (tea, water, sports drinks).

No drinks from plastic bottles are allowed.
